Great as a petri dish
Fermented some peppers. Had to look online for directions since none were provided.At the end of the fermentation I opened the lid to find a mold factory. The whole batch had to be tossed. My friend had the same experience with his (same brand/model). It’s a good looking pot. It now holds nuts/ bolts in my garage.
