I'll preface this by saying I haven't worn and washed this yet so I'm not sure how it will hold up long term, but the first impressions are 5 stars for sure!It's a nice soft material but might be a little thin if you live somewhere very cold. We have mild winters where I am so this is perfect! I'm 5'5", 130 lbs, 34C bra, 30" waist and 35" hips. I typically wear a small size top, but I ordered a medium for an oversized look, although I think a small would also fit perfectly (I don't think a small would be form fitting on me at all, just slightly less long and baggy). It's definitely a tunic, it reaches just past my butt. Depending on your body shape and size, you might be able to wear the bottom edge tighter around your hips for a scrunched up look, but I'm pretty slim in the hips so the bottom was too loose for me to do that. Again, a size small would probably have made that possible, but I'm ok with the loose oversized fit. I think I'll order it in a few other colors!(Also, the red and gold makes it very Gryffindor-esque if that's something you're into!)
