Edited review, see original below. I had trouble contacting the company and when I couldn't contact anyone I left a one star review. The company then contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. I decided to get a replacement because I really need a charger and figured the worst that could happen is that it's junk and I'll buy another one. I got a replacement quickly and it looks a lot better than the first one. They must have figured out their design flaws because this one looks very solid and works great. Time will tell if this holds up! I bought it and it didn't even last 6 months. Although it worked and charged my computer, after about 5 months the entire plastic casing came off exposing all internal components. When I contacted Amazon, they were unable to provide me with the exact contact information to contact the company so they could fix the issue under the "12 month warranty". I am very upset that I wasted my money.
