Charger didn't want to be fully charged. Even after several days of charging with several batteries, the specified full charge was not reached. Battery voltage reading with no load was 13.7V. Clearly fully charged (full charge lead-acid chemistry is 13.2V, 2.2V per cell per 6 cells for a 12V battery). At 13.7V and still pushing, the battery will be overcharged. This leads to water decomposition in the electrolyte and premature aging with corrosion of the C/10 plates. Anyway, I ordered a replacement and it works great. My 4 batteries are fully charged. Not even my marine deep cycle battery. I recommend this charger. Lots of features in this price range.
