The cap cover does not allow the line to advance.

The cap/spring does not work like the original cap/spring; something about how they interface with the 'plunger' part, that carries the line, is such that, when depressed, the 'plunger' will not rotate to advance the line. I have to disassemble it each time to advance the line; totally frustrating.
