Review on Artificial Transparent Valentines Anniversary Birthday by Nathan Byard

I bought this rose for my wife for Valentine's Day. I was a little apprehensive about ordering this as many reviewers complained that it was glass/plastic and cheaply made. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised. This is a real lacquered rose and for the price the quality is very good. You can see the veins on the petals and leaves. However, I don't think the color is natural as it looks dyed, but that just helps give it a deeper color. A year ago I bought her a gold-studded department store rose for double the price, and next to it it's almost as pretty as a department store rose. Definitely worth every penny. The only complaint is the stand that comes with the kit and packaging. The stand holds the rose but is easy to tip over and is packaged in a box with the rose around the stem. Not a big deal since it's wrapped in plastic, but it might get a little scratched in shipping.
