Dear quilt, missing pads - UPDATE!

Love the feel of the duvet, just what my teenage daughter wanted! BUT there were no fakes in the package. So I didn't get a 3 piece set. Duvet cover only. I'm trying to figure out if I can get (2) standard fakes. IF customer service can help me, that would be a 5 star rating! UPDATE - Customer service responded immediately when I informed them of the missing items. They sent me a new set 3 days later and this quick response deserves a 5 star rating as the product is perfect! Soft, excellent stitching, the price does not bite! Thank you!
