It has been really helpful when I am working remotely or not able to be at my desk all day due to sickness issues. Being able to have access even if i'm away from home makes it so much easier! The customer support team are very quick to reply emails which helps me feel more confident about using this tool as well as being available 24/7 via phone. There isn't anything specific but we would like them to make their system less complicated by adding some features such as emailing customers directly instead of having to go through our helpdesk first before they can respond back. We use sequence enterprise mainly because its great value compared to competition out there within the office management space (think ADP).
