The software is easy enough for any business owner who wants basic analytics but can also get advanced tools like pivot charts that are not available in other free analysis programs I've used (like Google Sheets). You have full control over what you want your users/customers see or need access too so it's really up ouot if they fit into one category more than another! There isn't anything i dislike about this program at least as far s how its use goes from me personally!! It helps us understand our customers better which has allowed my team & myself much greater insight when making decisions regarding sales tactics moving forward. The support teams are very responsive when needed. They also seem quick at getting things rolling once you have requested help from them and there's no long delays in receiving an answer back! Not much I can say that is bad about this software as it has served my needs well so far! We use this for our website management platform internally where we manage content and articles for clients within our organisation.
