The inks are new and the seller is great but unfortunately they don't match the HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP on my HP website which says the ink matches the printer I have but there is information, on which I did not pay attention to, and that This ink number corresponds to the printer in America and other countries, and does not correspond to the printer in the Middle East, and this information would not have occurred to me, and I only knew this information after the ink arrived, unfortunately you have to stick to the ink number on the cap ink is only in the printer, i wanted to share this info with everyone.
