Review on πŸ”₯ Enhance Your Vision with Seek Thermal Shotpro: The Ultimate Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera and Sensor by Gregory Abercrombie

Great quality for the price, easy adaptation to macros, hidden way to view stream on computer.

I originally bought this camera to inspect circuit boards for bad components and I wanted to write this review because I found a very easy way to adapt this camera to take close up shots for inspecting circuit boards power. Simply insert a 12mm laser-cut focusing lens (like this one here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CMTGN6) into the front of the camera and take instant macro shots. The IR photo was taken with a 1.5" FL lens. The shorter the focal length (FL), the closer the camera needs to be to the subject and the more the subject is in-camera. Now the Fusion camera has no second lens. , so merging doesn't work properly, but neither is it necessary as the IR image is clear enough that it isn't needed.Use a regular tripod and connect the USB-C cable at the same time. Another complaint is that the iOS app is terrible. The application repeats the basics of the camera interface but doesn't allow you to view the stream in landscape mode, keeps crashing, freezes the camera. You can also view the stream using VLC on the Open computer After you have started the stream once, use the Seekshot application, connect the computer to the camera's wifi, then open the VLC player and start a new network stream with the address rt sp://192.168.100.1/stream0. The key is that you must initialize the video stream from the application before you can connect the VLC player.
