The height of this presser foot does not fit the standard shank presser foot. It says it fits but sits too high and doesn't hold the material for sewing. I installed it correctly and made sure I did it. When the presser foot lever is lowered to sew, it is almost 1/2 inch above the base. If I had to sew 5 layers of denim it might work, but who does? Unfortunately, there are no other options for this machine. I have to live without it or buy another sewing machine. Lily 550 is an older machine but of good quality. Initially it was very expensive to purchase and it is sad that there are no such simple details for him as a walking leg. The quality of this walking foot was also poor. It looked cheap and flimsy. As soon as I unpacked it, I knew something was wrong.
