Review on 14-Piece Ceramic Non-Stick Cookware Set With Deep Saute Pan, Stock Pot, And Induction Compatibility - DIJA Nonstick Pots And Pans Set For Effortless Cooking by Miguel Yurco

Great set of pots and pans

Let me state the obvious and move to the important part. This set looks great. They come well protected. Visually they are scratch and defects free. So, are they really non-stick? So far they seem to be. For this review I cooked one egg on three different pans. I added oil to one, nonstick spray to the second and nothing to the third one. Put them at the same temperature and cooked away. As expected, the ones with oil and nonstick spray didn’t stick at all. When it comes to the one with nothing but the egg, the egg white was getting stuck to the pan, but with the help of a wooden spoon it was very easy to loosen it up. Once the white was getting harder, everything continued without getting stuck. Even when the yolk broke, it didn’t stick at all.So based on this test, I would say they are about 90-95% nonstick. Using silicone or wooden spoons are a must in my opinion, to avoid scratching the surface which is essential for the nonstick property to last.In general, I am very pleased with this set.
