I was having issues with my TCL 75R617 and Apple TV 4K. Both were only a few weeks old and I had a lot of problems; including poor image quality (color issues, banding, incorrect HDR, sometimes no display in 4K), CEC issues, and UI lag when navigating with the Siri remote. I've tried everything I can think of to troubleshoot. Besides fiddling with all the settings on both the TV and the Apple TV, connecting the Apple TV to another TV to make sure it's working properly, I was desperately trying different cables I already had, buying other brands of high-speed ones -certified 4K cables, etc. As a last resort before returning the TCL TV, I bought this Monoprice cable but didn't expect it to fix anything. To my surprise, it worked like magic! All my problems are gone. I was on the verge of returning the TV because everything indicated that it was the problem. I have used Monoprice for everything from HDMI cables to Ethernet cables in the past and it has always been a quality product. I'm not sure why I didn't choose them first this time. Lesson learned. Monoprice has almost reached the lowest price and the highest quality. Can't recommend enough.
