Best mount for the money apart from all the others. Comes with all parts required for installation on rectangular pipe or duct. Very happy with the easy installation. It has no locking function. However, I added locknuts and nylon nuts (triple nut) with red threads for extra security. I also put a locknut on the wheel itself. However, it only took 20 minutes to install and mount the tire. Highly recommend for those looking for extra trunk space for a spare wheel.
