Just listen to one FM station and keep it on all the time. There is no politics, no angry arguments and no high blood pressure. There is positive music and storytelling in SPIRIT 105 and it's really uplifting. This is a local station and sometimes reception is not the best in the city due to the buildings. Bought a SONY bookshelf stereo and bought antennas to boost FM reception and it works great. It is designed to work with SONY products. Highly recommended for people who just love their favorite station and don't switch when the reception is poor.
