Got this three days ago and already bad

I got this very recently and it already barely has any steam coming out.
Reached out to support and got no replyEdit: after a couple days the steam started to work again. Not sure what I did but it works fine now.

Pros

I like the unit; it’s easy to use, looks good , is quiet. But the mist is too heavy.

Cons

It may not work as effectively in larger rooms

I didn’t like that I had to push the bottom more than 1 time to turn on and the same to turn on and that it worked good but will have to change the water less than a hour it worked but but evaporated so quickly
