Great product and easy install on my 2016 Rubicon Hard Rock. There were no instructions included, but they weren't needed either. I didn't have the 3M tape as I've read some have it and some don't. I don't think it's necessary. During installation I heard a satisfying click and it seemed to me that they were firmly installed. Now here's a hint. When I heard my first one click, but was having trouble getting my second to click due to the weak nature of the Jeep grille, I reached behind the grille and supported it with my fingers while I installed the inserts. It worked to the last of course, so I just removed the grille attachments from the top (you can see if you lift the hood - 5 or 6 black inserts - just pry them with a screwdriver. There must be a YouTube video, this shows how to do it) Next time I'll probably do that first. It took about 10 minutes total including unplugging the grill. Also, some people here have said they don't know which insert is where. Either I was very lucky, or all earbuds are the same size.
