They have been recommended on many platforms as one of the best speed trainers out there. I bought a pair after a sale on Amazon. I have to say that I fell in love with her after only two training sessions. They feel very springy and responsive as soon as you put them on. The day after I received it in the mail, I ran a personal best 5K. The placebo may have helped, but it was still wonderful. I'm excited to ride them a few more miles and also try slower paces to see how they feel. I highly recommend trying these out!
