I bought this to add some oomph to a nice skater dress that I have. It has multiple layers but they are very very wimpy. It also just has an elastic waist band instead of a drawstring tie. I feel like as far as durability goes, it would get stretched out pretty quick. Ultimately, I returned this because it did not help me achieve the look I was going for. It might be OK if you were putting it under a very very lightweight dress or a skirt.
- Fit perfectly under my dress and wasn’t bulky or heavy to wear.
- Limited color options may not suit all preferences
