They have worked very well for my cat. He just turned 19 and feels better than six months ago. He has stopped losing weight, maybe even gotten a little better and looks a lot healthier. No more greasy matted fur. And he rarely gets sick anymore (sometimes he vomited several times a day). The difficulty is getting him to take the drug. He didn't want to eat it plain so we tried adding it to his cat gravy meal, breaking it up and adding it to the wet food but to no avail. I finally started using pill pouches and it has worked for just over a month. Now he doesn't always eat them like that. Not sure what's next and would like the manufacturer to make smaller tablets (currently I cut them into quarters) or maybe a different flavor?
