Worked for me for the first time. A few weeks later I decided to back up again. It won't connect to my imac. I called Iomega and they helped me through a number of steps to get connected. Through the third step, we learned that he had a serious accident. I thought they found the problem. They sent me a second one and it connected for about three minutes and then disconnected. I wouldn't trust my files now even if they sent me another one. I guess I have excess paper weight now. I gave it to my son in law to try on Windows XP, if that doesn't work I told him to throw it away. I will never buy an Iomega again!
