I didn't need a hard case for the filters as I will be putting them in my camera bag. I have 49, 55 and 72mm filters but smaller sizes. Not sure how it's set up, but there seems to be an extra slot for a fourth filter if you want. It's not as soft as the others, but will do in a pinch. I was also amazed that my 72mm filter fits in the small size. Closing is no problem either. I also like that it's small despite being a filter housing. Some of the others are too bulky or too big if you want to carry them around in a small camera bag. Let's see how well it holds up on the road. Like I said, the price couldn't be higher.
