So I got this in the mail about a week ago. and as other reviewers have said, you get used to it! When I first used it it was a medium sized cup on my thigh. It was painful. Lol but once you use a lot of lotion or oil it's a lot better and you get used to the feeling it's almost like a "good" soreness. I also recommend doing them in the shower with lots of soapy lotion, I use Dove shower gel. If you're lucky enough to be able to take your soulmate in the shower every time and get them to turn their backs on you, that's great ;). it really feels that good, and even better when YOU don't have to. I haven't used them long enough to see a difference with cellulite but I've noticed my thighs were firmer. I've also noticed that it can help relieve back and shoulder pain. It's fun and you feel like your skin is being woken up by suction on multiple parts of your body. I would recommend trying these out! PS Don't rush to suck before you start moving the cup over your skin, feel it first if you need more or less suction to avoid bruising.
