Review on Prime Cloud by Loyalty Prime by Johnathan Sherman

The ability to see my entire database in one screen really helps keep me organised and in check with my campaigns! There are certain features of this app I dislike but these are minor. I can honestly say that I would not have the same success without using this app and it's soo useful for managing every aspect of your membership! The ease of creating new memberships/accounts, keeping track with all aspects of each campaign and being able to easily check up on reports etc. It makes life easier for us as managers too as you can set up different timeframes to run reports and compare results from the previous month up until the present day or even last week to give more specific feedback to members. The best thing about this program is that it allows us to track all of our customer interactions in one spot. It's easy for staff members to use, as well as customers! And we love how customizable the system can be! I wish there were more reports available (such as monthly reporting), but overall it has been great so far. We are able to see everything from what promotions are working most effectively to which products people prefer when they shop online or at retail locations.
