Check fuse solder
The first one I got didn't work because the soldering on one end of the fuse was bad. I only noticed this after the installation. Changed without problems, so that's a plus. The new one worked like clockwork and all five speeds are working again. This fits my 2005 Chevy Tahoe (NOT climate control).
