Pretty Solid Chair - Living Room Furniture

This is a pretty good chair for now. I was a little hesitant at first as it seemed like a chair that would be more suitable for the elderly (I'm in my 20's) but after a week of use I figured this chair would suit almost anyone. It is currently in my living room and I love using it as a reading chair. While I really like this chair I don't know if I would recommend it to anyone as there are a few things to consider. First, it's not an overly large chair, so don't expect it to be very large or anything. It fits me really well with decent extra room (I'm 5ft 11in and 170lbs) but I don't think if you were a taller person it wouldn't be as comfortable. I personally liked that it's not too big as I live in an apartment so space is a bit limited. Second, this chair is stiffer. It's not that it's hard or uncomfortable, but it's not a chair to sink into. It was perfect for my needs as I don't like chairs that are too soft, especially when trying to read or answer emails, but it's something you have to consider. Third, this chair has a power lift and reclining function. This is actually a pretty cool feature as switching from tilting to lifting is almost effortless. On top of that, he actually climbs quite high so he can get you on your feet if needed (see photos). The downside is that the power function is pretty slow. I think it's more of a safety feature so you don't hurt yourself or others (it would be a shame to crush a cat), but it can be annoying at times. For example, if you're sitting in a chair and someone rings the doorbell, it takes a few seconds for you to sit down. All in all I think this is a really good chair. It's good quality, looks good and is comfortable. I didn't really need the power options, but they come in very handy, especially when I'm feeling pretty lazy.
