I've used so many irons over the years but this is hands down the best I've ever had! Not that it has anything to do with performance, but it's a great device to start with! The beautiful soft pink and matte finish makes it look like rose petals! It is light and feels comfortable in the hand. I've been using it for about a month and still love it! Even though I've been seeing it work for weeks, I'm still amazed every morning when I just have to go over each strand of hair once and I'm done! My hair is very thick with lots of natural curls/curls and this straightener makes it easy to straighten with almost no effort! The hair does not burn and does not pull. No foreign smells. It heats up quickly. It remembers my last temperature setting. This is amazing! Can't say enough good things about it! The only change I would make to make it perfect would be to add a zipper to keep it closed and have it with a nice sleeve or case!
