I love that you can create an event or class in their site for your group! The customer service is great when answering questions about our events & classes (especially with scheduling). It would be great if they could offer better integration w/ social media platforms so people don't have to log into another platform just to find out info of where we are located! And also give us more options at checking out!! Great price for all groups- even large ones who require set up time but need fast turnaround! Their mobile app is good too though it's not updated quite enough sometimes & more features should really come in handy (like being able t check how many customers are still waiting for food!) Easy to use app that helps customers find local restaurants in their area. The customer support is very helpful for any questions I have. Would love it if they could add more options for delivery and have a loyalty program. Great tool for people with busy schedules. We are able to quickly order food from our favorite places without having to call or go out of the house to do so.
