I give this product 5 stars for design, construction and functionality. I don't use it for hot drinks but it keeps my water cold for hours. I like the handle on the top to carry it with me. What I like best is that there is no plastic in it. Previous bottles with plastic caps (Contigo Matterhorn or Glacier) discolored when I added aroma (Crystal Lite, Mio) to the water. My least favorite part is the hole size. Just the wrong size for me. It's just the right size so my nose rests on the other side of the rim when I drink. As a result, I tipped the bottle too far a few times and ended up spilling water on my shirt as it spilled past my mouth. I just need to learn to tip slower. This minor inconvenience does not detract from my overall satisfaction and I highly recommend this bottle.
