The first time I used the hook was towing my Can-Am back to storage after a simple fuse blew and I lost fuel pressure. I connected it properly to my RZR and started sagging on a flat surface in the sand. I had to stretch a bit to get it moving because you know what it takes if you've played sand before. The hook is bent about 10 degrees to create a clear gap with the safety catch. I was very surprised, but still it is bent. I use Warn Axon 45 with their synthetic rope and have no complaints, I feel Warn is starting to become a bit more profit oriented than customer oriented hence the prices of all the new products they bring to market.
