It is very easy for any new user or even an experienced one, it's simple yet powerful interface makes this system so much easier than other point-of sale systems I have used previously! The customer service team are fantastic too - they answer all questions quickly with no nonsense answers that you can rely upon 100%. Nothing at present but would like more flexibility around adding items onto my invoice as well as being able to create invoices from within our accounting program instead if having to print them out manually each month (which we do currently). Easy setup process using their excellent training materials included when installing/upgrading your solution; great support available via phone / email during business hours only once per day maximum allowed by EU regulations ; good integration options between applications including Sage X3 Accounting Software & Microsoft Dynamics GP Sales Order Processing Solution.
