We are able to use our Google account for all of our sites so it is easy! The dashboard really helps with keeping up in check as there isn't too much I dislike about this program.

A few things that have helped us were being part of a mastermind group but haven't met anyone yet who has been active enough or had similar goals. Try using one if you can find someone willing to work together toward your goal and create some accountability partners. Our website traffic went through the roof after we started implementing these tips into place (and even before!).
