I love this pull mat. However, if you are using a steam iron, be aware that the steam will pass through the mat to the surface below. I placed the mat on my cutting mat and found that the cutting mat was warped and wet from steam. Luckily I managed to smooth it out. If you're putting this directly onto a wooden surface, make sure you don't worry about that. I put a 1/2 inch board and a heavy towel on top of my cutting mat and under my ab mat and that seemed to fix the problem. I have little space to work and need to keep everything in one place.
