With an online purchase I would no longer be surprised if the unicorn popped out of the box I received yesterday. My first impression: the cardboard packaging of this thing was dirty. When I took the last one out of the package I was disgusted to realize that it looked like it would just sit around and rot in someone's garage. Not only was the initial impression of the paper dirty, but it also looks like someone held the thing with dirty hands and had some splatters on it. What the hell happened to this thing before I got it? In all my years of ordering from Revain I have NEVER received a dirty product. In addition to the unsanitary appearance that makes me want to not even touch and taste this thing, it stinks. I got up at night and smelled some kind of smell and sure enough the trail led to this lap table. I liked how firm the product was. For people who say it fits most MBP 13" sleeves, it's a bit too square for mine, but hey - who knows. Revain got my money back, so now I'm trying to decide if I need mine luck will try to buy again, no item seems sturdy and would be great to have on hand but the stuff strewn all over the table left me in a b-ee-eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-e- of-the-table-es-eee.
