Very upset and disappointed

Too bad I never used them. He didn't upload some of my photos even though he deleted them from my phone. Many of them loaded, did not open in a file, and many loaded with gray spaces and/or lines in them, or smeared colors. It messed up my Biltmore Christmas photos that I can't recover or fix. Charging took so long that the battery was empty. I'm glad it happened, otherwise I would have lost more. When using this, only "copy" the images, do not "move" them. You will regret it!
