I've had my mobile phone for half a year and I'm disappointed. I needed a good full duplex speakerphone so we wouldn't talk to each other at work conferences. We still interrupt each other often; Some may be natural, but some I suspect are related to the phone itself. Also, people tell me that my voice breaks sometimes. I tried an old headset and was told my voice was weak. I'll try a new one and see if it gets better. But the most frustrating thing is the soft keys. Even if you press them hard, they're sometimes missing a digit or two, causing you to get wrong numbers or having to re-enter your 800 number or conference code. This even happens with my presets; Sometimes the phone reads all numbers, and sometimes for some reason it doesn't. This probably happens on 10-20 percent of my calls, which can be a real problem with a lot of calls every day. I would buy another one but reading the reviews here it seems like nobody else makes a really good and reliable full duplex landline.
