I installed the app, registered the print and that's it - how do you protect this device? I connected it to other computers and everyone could read it, I tried registering printing without admin rights and it didn't change anything. All files seem to be fully visible to anyone on any computer at all times (I've tried two Windows computers and two Linux computers, but no Mac yet). I've tried using different enrolled and unenrolled fingerprints while the device is connected to block it, but to no avail. please enlighten me ==== UPDATE ==== After much more time, the fingerprint will (sometimes) unlock the second partition on the drive. I've been slammed and haven't been able to try its functionality on other operating systems, but will as soon as I can. As mentioned, this doesn't always or easily work, and there's no set amount of time to hold a pressure on the device before it unlocks, but in general it technically works. It's just not that good.
