They asked me to come to their service center - they said that they sent instructions to specialists at the service center - when I arrived, there were no instructions. I called the hotline and the sender - I took the phone number from the invoice. Came in 30 minutes, found the instructions - checked, the headphones do not turn on and do not charge. Then an employee of the service center contacted and said to bring them to Hong Kong - this is 100 km from Hong Kong. The attitude towards the client is bad, the issue is not resolved, but sent to one or the other, and as a result, this football begins to bother.
