Helps with warmup: my feedback

As a 50 something golfer, I have found this to be the ideal tool for warming up. Start with a few easy swings, then get a pendulum motion going with full backswing and follow through. I do this for 20-25 swings, then stretch back and sides. NOTE: swing your actual club(s) a few times afterwards as the feel of the trainer is totally different!

Pros
  • β›³Strength Your Muscle: The weighted head and flexible shaft assist with weight transfer during the backswing and help align your body properly, build muscle memory and strengthen your swing. It is a good way to give you more power and better control.
Cons
  • Could require a lot of floor space
