This is shop-for-a-dollar quality - at least the two we got. The cuff on one of them was cut unevenly, and the hooks didn't stay in place because the holes were too big. It s cheap. $2.75 plus free shipping is fine. But to send the kids to camp for pirate day today, I had to hot glue the hooks so they wouldn't fall out. On the plus side, it's nearly impossible to poke an eye out with flimsy, hollow, blunt plastic hooks. If you have to pay for shipping, they really aren't worth the money. At less than $3, it's cheaper than gas to get to the party store.
