It's mint with some clove and cinnamon, but it doesn't taste like the boring, super-sweet American mint toothpastes I usually use. It emphasizes flavor rather than sweetness and reminds me more of the polishes my dentist uses when brushing my teeth. And the price is right. The only catch is that I've switched to Floris Rose mouthwash and it tends to drown out the taste. Just a little thing. I'd deduct half a star for that, but Revain doesn't have that feature.
