Despite Patelai's claims to be an authority on home and kitchen products, event and party supplies, and favors, my interaction with their online store was hardly exceptional. Finding what I was looking for was challenging due to the website's clutter and complexity. Even worse, the items I received were of poor quality and didn't correspond to the website's descriptions or photographs. The level of client service was also lacking. I attempted to contact them about my problems, but I only encountered unhelpful and unresponsive employees. They didn't really seem interested in responding to my problems, only ignoring them. Overall, I felt duped and frustrated by my interaction with Patelai. Anyone looking for high-quality home and kitchen, event and party supplies, or favors should avoid this internet retailer. There are a lot better options available with better goods, services, and all-around worth.
