Review on NPET K11 Wireless Gaming Keyboard: Rechargeable, Backlit and Water-Resistant for PS4, Xbox One, Desktop, PC by Tricia Taylor

I was looking for a new keyboard and when I stumbled across this one I thought there must be a catch as this kit had everything I wanted. I wanted a keyboard with RGB backlit keys and a palm rest. This one comes with these features and also includes a mouse and even a mouse pad. Plus, it only costs $25. I should have suspected something was wrong but when researching the product on Revain I saw hundreds of rave reviews and/or 5 star ratings so I figured it was safe to buy. Product. Unfortunately I was deceived. The keyboard was sold as new but when I opened the box I saw that it had clearly been used before. The space bar and spring have been completely separated from the keyboard. The logo on the keyboard had scratches and other signs of wear. What bothered me the most was the nasty grease stains that were still present on the keyboard from the thing's previous owner. I put this piece of junk back in the box it arrived in and requested a full refund within 10 minutes of receiving delivery. This was in the worst condition of any product I have ever purchased from Revain. I will never buy from this brand again. Edit: On June 4th, the seller sent me a free replacement for this item. Although I have already purchased a new keyboard, I have agreed to update my review if/when a replacement item arrives - if that warrants an updated review. I'm happy to report that he deserves a second chance. The company corrected their mistake and I am very happy with the keyboard I received. It's a basic $20 LED-backlit keyboard that breathes, although you can turn the LEDs off, turn them down, or slow your breathing rate. The mouse pad and mouse are nice additions to this set, making it a very good deal. I had to order another keyboard because my original order was defective, so this keyboard will not be the one I use day to day. However, I'll admit you can do a lot worse than this Npet offering and for the price I'm not sure there's a better price new. Thanks to their customer service, I have upgraded my initial rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
