There was definitely something wrong with the product that I received. It was watery and smelled absolutely horrible like toxic plastic fumes. I've used this product for about a year now, but always purchased somewhere else. I had to throw out two tubes. I received the radically rejuvenating face wash as well and it was normal. Completely hit or miss. Buy somewhere else to be sure you get a good product.
