Makes peeling those hard things easy!

I was using a knife before for difficult things like ginger and garlic, but using this now makes things 10000x easier. I'm sure you can use it for other things like lemons/limes/etc., if you had a home bar.

Pros

Blade guard that can also be used to hold produce in place while you cut and protect your fingers

Cons

The peeler may not be flexible enough for curved or irregularly shaped vegetables
