For various reasons, I had to turn my office into a backpack, which meant everything went to my MacBook Pro and my iPad Pro became a second screen. The butterfly keyboard on the Mac is tragically bad, but the new scissor keys aren't coming until mid-2020. I've been trying to switch to a Windows laptop - I like the Lenovo X1 Carbon, but being heavily invested in the Apple ecosystem, it was too painful. So my MacBook stays. As a result, I started testing seven keyboards. Sun. 7. I am very selective about my key sensation. I prefer clicky keys - the red switches work smoothly but don't deliver a satisfying click. The brown switches, while quiet and tactile, are a little too thin for my liking. I like blue switches. I want to HEAR and FEEL the click. While I've found keyboards that I like, most of them are too big and heavy to take with me on the go. Then I found DIERYA. Why this was the LAST keyboard I tried I don't know. But I have to give Diria credit. This keyboard meets all my needs. They have a blue switch (click) version that I LOVE. The keyboard supports Bluetooth for THREE devices, which means I can work on my MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, or iPhone. That's great. It has a USB-C connector which I thought would allow me to connect USB-C to USB-C to my Mac! But so far the keyboard has only worked with the included cable :-( and I don't know why. My keyboard cons are mostly minor. Shift and /? aren't where I expected them to be, but with such a compact layout, I will try to adjust it.just need to be careful and make sure i don't press 'up' when i want to toggle.finally i wanted to share the lighting pattern in december 2019 version.keyboards:## Lighting info Die Keyboard has 8 preset RGB backlight modes, and you can change the backlight color (static).When you press a key, it stays the same color of the keyboard.3.Wave - a wave of rainbow colors spreads across the board.Keys are responsive does not respond to key presses.4.Ripple - keys turn solid color, and then when you press a key, a rainbow effect spreads out in the middle.**Note**: You can en slow down the waves with FN + ←, h to slow it down and FN + → to speed it up.5. String Ripple - This template keeps the keys in the default color but ripples as the string is entered.6. Single Key Flash - (Traces?) In this mode, the keys you type flash RGB but don't affect the keys around them. (I like this mode because it gives you feedback as you type. **This is my favorite mode**7. Splash - This mode only creates rainbow waves for nearby keys you press. _this is my second favorite mode_8. Breathe - here mode the keys (optically) do not react to your inputs, instead the entire keyboard breathes the RGB color cycle White-Black Off I am very impressed with this keyboard and would highly recommend it I have no experience of its durability since I got it I just unboxed it, but I'm so impressed I literally sat down to write this review using my new keyboard.
