This is the cable you need, but you can add a standard extension cable

This product works great. The wiring of this cable is not standardized, but it doesn't look like a direct swap either. It seems that this special cable is needed to "chain" two emery stitches together. You can use a standard 3.5mm extension cable, so the distance between them can exceed 8ft.
