I have not faced anything so far but they provide excellent technical support for us through their ticketing system. There's nothing much to dislike in this product. But if you want some more features like advanced reporting then event sentry can help you out by providing those additional features free of cost too. We monitor our website performance using this tool. This makes sure we don't face downtime or slow loading times when customers visit our site.
