assembly and quality are good. They just don't fit right. First, there are only two holes at the top. There are no matching hardware, so I had to use the original screws. The heads of these original screws are too small to work with the black screw caps included in the installation kit. There is no solution for attaching the bottom of the board as it only has two top holes which causes the board to rattle every time you hit a bump. In fact, this is a regular license plate holder with Tesla markings. It's not properly designed for Tesla.
